Shipping is an additional charge.

All shipments are undertaken by Wells Fargo who will deliver within a 5km radius of their offices in Kenya. Wells Fargo offices are shown in the table below.

It is a fixed charge of 490 /= for an order with a weight up to 5kg. Orders weighing more than 5 kg will have an additional charge of 73 /= per kg. This is an all-inclusive shipping cost with no additional VAT charges.

If your requested delivery location is outside the 5km radius of a Wells Fargo office, you will have to pick-up the shipment yourself from the Wells Fargo office.

Alternatively a customer can arrange their own shipping company to pick up their order from our warehouse. If this is the case please choose the ''Pick Up'' option at checkout and details of arrangements will be made over email after an order has been placed.
